Security Engineer CACI International Chantilly, VA Apply Now on iHire.com Security Engineer Job Category: Information Technology Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph E mployee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None Job Description: What You'll Get To Do: CACI is looking for a candidate to conduct Audit and Information Assurance tasks that support an Intelligence Community agency. Every year, this agency undergoes multiple audits on financials systems and CACI provides leadership, project management support, and technical support for these activities. The candidate would participate and create artifacts for these activities. In addition, the systems and applications are accredited under ICD 503/Risk Management Framework. CACI owns project management and technical tasks that define controls, provide test results, document security relevant information, and monitors changes in order for the systems to remain accredited. Information Security: Identify and track tasks related to reaccreditation under the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Define POAMs for any liens specifically working with other teams to create schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Document designs, tests, test results, etc, that can be used as evidence to support the accreditation process. Execute monitoring of systems security configuration. Analyze OS, database, and application audit logs. Coordinate with teams to improve data collected and reported on. Experience writing, executing, and testing security documentation (CONMON, ISCP, etc.). Financial Audit: Provide support to government and auditors performing multiple audits Financial Systems Audit, SSAE 18, FISMA. Identify and complete evidence requested by the audit teams. Work with other teams to produce artifacts for the auditors. Meet with auditors to discuss findings, explain designs/implementation. Review findings and develop a plan to mitigate findings before the next review period. Work with other teams to execute the mitigation plan. Required Qualifications: Experience with ICD 503/Risk Management Framework to include defining controls, defining and executing test plans, and documenting submission information. Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems. 5-7 years experience with Systems Security. Understanding of configuration management practices. Desired Qualifications: Software Development Experience. Strong written and oral communications skills. Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
